Hi, I’m Steven Bross — a designer turned educator who believes creativity isn’t just something you teach — it’s something you live, build, and break wide open.

Before the classroom, I was deep in the design world: building brands, crafting campaigns, and art directing for agencies across NJ and PA. But after years of pitching perfect pixels, I realized what I really wanted to design was the next generation of fearless creatives.

 

So, I brought my industry experience into the classroom — and rewired the whole vibe. Now I help students build real-world skills, bold portfolios, and confidence that stretches way beyond the sketchbook.

 

From teaching Visual Comms at CMTHS, to presenting at national conferences, to coaching youth soccer on the weekends — I stay in motion. Whether I’m geeking out about Adobe tools or giving a talk called “How to Be Awesome” (yes, that’s real), my goal’s always the same:
